01

Before the first scheduled visit

The process begins by getting to know the home with its owner. Access, important points, frequency, contacts and the procedure for unexpected situations are agreed in advance.

This preparation avoids improvised decisions and adapts the checklist to the reality of each property.

02

During a regular visit

The person responsible walks through the agreed areas and makes a practical visual observation. Doors, windows, apparent signs of water, indicators, post and exterior areas are common examples.

A visit does not involve dismantling equipment, making technical measurements or repairing components.

  • Confirm the visible condition of doors, windows and access points.
  • Look for apparent signs of water, damp or damage.
  • Record previously identified indicators.
  • Collect post when it is part of the plan.
  • Observe the garden and surrounding area.
  • Photograph the agreed points.
03

The report you receive

Afterwards, the owner should receive information that is simple and verifiable. At Laro, the record includes the date, completed checklist, photographs and short observations.

When nothing has changed, that is documented. When something unusual appears, the communication clearly distinguishes an observation from an urgent issue.

04

What the service does not replace

Property care is not permanent surveillance, an alarm service, a certified inspection, a survey or technical maintenance.

If a situation requiring intervention is noticed, the owner is contacted. Any third-party access or additional work must be authorised and agreed separately.
