Laro acts as a local support and coordination point. Repairs, purchases and services outside the plan require approval, except for an emergency procedure agreed in advance.

Does the service include check-in and check-out?
It can include preparation of the home, arrival coordination, key handover and collection, a visual record and communication of visible changes.
Are cleaning and linen included?
We can coordinate cleaning, linen changes and supplies. The proposal explains whether these are delivered directly or by suppliers and how they are charged.
How much does rental management cost?
The price depends on the type of occupancy, arrival and departure frequency, property size and delegated tasks. We prepare the proposal after the free visit.
Which areas do you cover?
Laro accepts enquiries across Central Portugal and operates from Penela. The core area includes Miranda do Corvo, Condeixa-a-Nova, Lousã, Ansião and Figueiró dos Vinhos; other locations are considered according to distance and availability.
