Does Laro provide guarding or private security?
No. Laro observes and documents the property during agreed visits; it is not permanent guarding or a private security service.
Which parts of Central Portugal do you cover?
We operate from Penela with a core area in nearby municipalities and consider other Central Portugal enquiries according to distance and visit frequency.
Will I receive a report after each visit?
Yes. Each visit includes a dated record, checklist, photographs and notes, while important findings are also communicated through WhatsApp.
Can you give a contractor access to the home?
We can coordinate access for a supplier authorised by the owner when this is included in the plan or agreed separately.
